Learn
Hypnosis Free
You're here because you want to learn hypnosis, and I'm going
to give you some resources so that you can learn hypnosis for free. You
can learn hypnosis more easily than you've imagined. You can learn
hypnosis starting now....
But first a word of advice.
I don't know why you want to learn hypnosis.
A lot of people have the mistaken idea that if you learn hypnosis you
can control others. You can't. You can influence others very
effectively, but not control them.
A lot of people think that if you learn hypnosis you can magically
transform yourself over night. You can transform yourself to be more of
who you want to be, but its not magic, it's a skill of using your whole
mind more effectively to acheive more of your goals.
Reality Check. You can learn
hypnosis free, and this is a good place to start, but if you are
serious you won't stop here. The truth is, you will learn much quicker,
and with more depth of knowledge by investing a little in your own
education. Check out recommended resources.
I do not recommend any resource that does not offer a
guarantee of satisfaction, so you risk nothing.

Hypnosis has five components:
1. Invitation. This is everything you do before formal hypnosis to gain
rapport, build trust, and help the person you will be hypnotizing to
understand and be ready for the process
2. Induction. Is what you do to bring a person to a
subconscious state of mind in which you can give hypnotic suggestion.
3. Instruction. a.k.a. suggestion.This is a what you tell a person once
hypnotized. This is the most important part of hypnosis, and the part
that takes the most skill.. It doesn't take long to learn to hypnotize
someone. Learning what to say once they are hypnotized is the part that
takes time.
4. Imagination. Imagination is one aspect of instruction. It a refers
to giving a person in trance a virtual experience of the goal he or she
hopes to achieve through hypnosis.
5. Integration. Refers to bringing a person out of trance,
but in a manner that the instructions (suggestions) given are
incorporated into his or her unconsious.
